Centre of Corporate Social Responsibility
“It may be difficult to measure the impact of abstract variables on the growth of financial results, but much research has show–n there is a correlation. Apart from the positive effect of image improvement, top personnel recruitment and a reduction in staff turnover and operating costs achieved through the responsible use of energy and materials, a direct correlation has been established between growing profits and the introduction of corporate social responsibility,” says Alen Najdenovski, chairman of the Network for Corporate Social Responsibility Slovenia in his article “Fostering Innovation and Efficiency through Corporate Social Responsibility” (Finance 2011, No. 18).
Since their foundation, the companies of the HSE Group have shown responsible behaviour towards all participants. With the aim of unifying and standardising social responsibility at the level of the entire Group, our past activities in this area have now been upgraded to a Centre of Corporate Social Responsibility.
